A Chinese man in Hefei City stripped off his clothes and subsequently started climbing on cars and interrupting traffic. I've read a few articles about this story and none present a reason for these antics. Stories like this are becoming more common, but I have yet to see anything similar with my own eyes.
Judging by the photos below, count me lucky.
